She received her B.A. in Fine Art from Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles\, and studied at the école nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris. Churchill works in what she describes as the “fictive landscape.” Charged yet effortless\, her paintings offer the viewer a walk through scenery of symbolic meaning with a composition that combines abstract landscape with references from current life to ancient times. Her art has been exhibited in a number of galleries in Europe\, California\, and New York\, including George Billis Gallery in LA\, The Torrance Art Museum\, Nancy Margolis Gallery NY\, and Galerie Hübner + Hübner in Frankfurt.
