Arcana Book Signing with Ave Pildas

Please join Arcana: Books on the Arts on Saturday, July 25 between 4:00 and 6:00 PM as they host a book signing with iconic Los Angeles photographer Ave Pildas to celebrate the arrival of the first title from the Pildas / Green Foundation, Africatown – Sunday Market: Leimert Park, Los Angeles. Arcana has known Ave and his work for decades, and are excited to share his latest essay on the vibrant neighborhood of Leimert Park.
“More than just a collection of photographs, Africatown serves as both a tribute and a resource, documenting a community while also supporting the people who make it up. Many of the vendors featured have used the images to promote their businesses, reinforcing the project‘s collaborative spirit.”
If you cannot attend and would like to purchase a signed copy of Africatown, please place your order below.
