
This restaurant opening marks the first U.S. location for WATAMI Group, one of Japan’s most established restaurant organizations, operating more than 500 locations across Asia. This debut represents a meaningful cultural and generational bridge. The concept is led by longtime restaurateur Chef Frank “Toshi” Sugiura, alongside his daughter Ichigo Sugiura, as they usher a new generation into the family business.
