On Thursday, May 29, please join Westside Urban Forum inside the Helms Design Center, for a discussion of the tectonic shifts that are transforming the region’s current approach to managing homelessness. From funding cuts and executive scrutiny to new innovations and administrative overhaul, one thing is certain: things are changing, and changing fast.
