Neighborhood Spotlight #3 – Culver City Turns 100!
Well it’s hard to believe that our little neighborhood of Culver City is about to celebrate its 100th birthday. We have watched many changes take place across the city - from downtown’s explosion of restaurants to the completion of Metro’s Expo Line to the many galleries lining Washington Boulevard in the Arts District – and we are extremely proud to have our historic landmark building located in the heart of Culver City.

Neighborhood Spotlight #2 – Lost Bird Designs
With so much changing in and around Helms Bakery District – the Culver City Arts District, new construction on Washington Boulevard, and the Expo line – we thought it might be time to regularly post about the creative, interesting people and happenings in our neighborhood. This week, we’re featuring a small shop across the street from the Bakery called Lost Bird Designs.

Neighborhood Spotlight #1 – FP Contemporary
Helms Bakery District sits on the western edge of the Culver City Arts District, an easy walk to some of the most exciting art galleries in the City. With summer upon us, FP Contemporary announces the opening of "SHINE", a group exhibition featuring work by gallery artists Lisa Bartleson, Christina Craemer, Dirk De Bruycker, Betty Gold, Michael Kalish, Sand T Kalloch, Tom Lieber, Claudia Meyer, Harry Moody, Julia Nee Chu, John Randall Nelson, Hunt Rettig and Mark Vinci.
